1. Make sure your phone is compatible with the EVA device. There are a couple of prerequeisites that is required before you use the unit.
P1: User smartphone must have a USB Type C 2.0 or 3.0+
P2: User’s smartphone must have OTG capabilities within the phone.
For Andriod Users, you can download OTG phone apps like the following to check if your phone is OTG compatible.

2. Download the App and Register Account.
3. Screw the 510 Cartridge into the device and insert it into your smartphone and await the prompt.
There are 4 main messages that will appear on the basic app version.
Connected
Count/Duty
Ready
Let Her Rip
4. Ignite and Fire Up
When the unit is ready to be Fired Up you will see the message “Ready“
To ignite simply press the Red Button once, do not hold down.
Or press the Volume Down Button.
Troubleshooting
Unit Not Firing Up
Step 1. Make sure you followed steps 1-3.
Step 2. Make sure the unit is connected to the smartphone, on the App it will say ” Connected”
Step 3. If the cart is connected, there will be a display number on Count and Duty. For example Count 420 Duty 058.
a) If the cart is not connected properly you will see no numbers displayed. For example Count 000 Duty 00.
Step 4. IF so, unscrew and re-screw the cart.
Step 5. If the cart still does not connect, use a different cart.
