[EVA GO Series]

General:
1. Make sure your phone is compatible with the EVA device. There are a couple of prerequisites that is required before you use the unit.
P1: User’s smartphone must have a USB Type C 2.0+
P2: User’s smartphone must have OTG capabilities within the phone.
For Andriod Users, you can download OTG phone apps like the following to check if your phone is OTG compatible.

2. Download the “EVA Basic” App and Register Account.
3. After Registration, on the Mobile App home screen, insert the EVA GO unit into your smartphone and await the prompt.
4. Ignite and Fire Up
When the unit is ready to be Fired Up you will see the message “Ready“
To ignite simply press the Button on the Unit Itself, or the Red Button on the Home Page Screen.
Troubleshooting:
Unit Not Firing Up
Step 1. Make sure you followed steps 1-3.
Step 2. Make sure the unit is connected to the smartphone, on the App it will say ” Connected”
Step 3. If there are any errors, a message on the screen will display.
a) Unplug/Re-Insert Device
