For new vapers with EVA, choosing the right cartridge can be one of, if not the most difficult aspects of vaping. Especially when your dealing with a non traditional vape pen. So it is important that you know what type of cartridge will work with your EVA unit.

How to Choose the Right Vape Cartridge

The Right E-Juice

Here is the easy part, when choosing the right flavor you can either use Nicotine or CBD oil.

A) Nicotine.
Keep in mind blends with more VG tend to produce more vapor, while those that have more PG produce better flavor. A 60% VG and 40% PG blend is usually the best. But you can also use 70/30 PG/VG, 50/50 PG/VG is also recommended.

B) CBD Oil

CBD vape juice can be made with three types of CBD…

♦Broad Spectrum CBD – pure CBD with slight any THC (.3%)

♦Full Spectrum CBD – pure CBD with slight traces of THC (.3%) and other cannabinoids

2. The Right Cart Type

The most important part we will focus on is the Pin, also known as the electrode pin which normally composed of brass and then plated with chrome or gold. The main job of the electrode is to move the electricity along.

A) Pin Height

if you take a look closely you will see that one pin is shorter than the other. It is essential that you pick the right height in order for the cart to connect to the EVA unit.

You want to pick the longer height about 5mm tall.

B) Pin Surface

There are mainly three type of pin surface, its recommeded to not use the half circle, but instead use the full circle or flat surface type.
This will allow to pin to connect properly to the EVA unit.
